Travellers from the United States will have to carry out a specific procedure, including filling a form named AFFIDAVIT.
The airline is the only one responsible for providing the customers with this form, as well as the entry visa to Cuba.
Therefore we do not issue tourist cards to travelers on a USA-Cuba direct flight.
